Kees Blokland joined Polteq in 2003 as test consultant. Therefore he worked 14 years for Lucent Technologies R&D of which about 10 years in various test functions, like tester, test team leader, and supervisor of a test group. As a member of the team of Polteq IT Services he provides international testing consultancy. He is specialized in test management, improvement of test processes and particularly in supporting organizations with test outsourcing. He successfully lectured various presentations on the TestNet conferences in the Netherlands. He also has a lot of experience in presentations and courses on test management and test outsourcing. Examples: ICStest 2006 and on Eurostar 2003, Eurostar 2004, STAReast 2004 and STAReast2007. |

Wonil Kwon is the Executive Director of STA Consulting Inc., one of the leading software testing education & consulting companies in Korea He is also the Representative of KTB (Korea Testing Board of ISTQB), a board member of SW quality certification by MOICE (Ministry Of Industry, Commerce, and Energy). He has made a huge contribution in software testing area in Korea as one of the leaders in the field. Vipul is a co-founder of PureTesting and President of Indian Testing Board, the ISTQB board for India. He has over 12 years of testing experience in various capacities with leading companies. During his career, he has led test teams for various types of products such as Acrobat Reader, routers and network management products, mail and database access products for mobile devices and desktops. These have involved working on various handheld and embedded platforms.
Prior to PureTesting, Vipul worked with Adobe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. where he managed the testing of Adobe Reader (formerly known as Adobe Acrobat Reader) on multiple platforms.
He regularly presents papers and tutorials at various national and international conferences. He has won several awards including the best paper award at STAREast 2006 and the Logica CMG Triple Star Award for the most original contribution at EuroStar 2005, Denmark. He was runners up with a very close tie for the best paper at SIGiST 2007, Israel.
Vipul invented Q-Patterns, a method of capturing testing knowledge and writing reusable test cases. The topic of Q-Patterns has been included in the ISTQB advanced level syllabus. |

陈琦女士毕业于上海复旦大学数学系计算数学专业，工作至今分别在上海计算技术研究所、上海计算机软件实验室、上海市软件技术开发中心、上海市信息化委员会工作，主要从事于计算机技术与软件行业的产业研究工作，多次受国家科技部聘请参加对国家软件园的质量管理体系培训工作，（天津、武汉、南昌等），先后被聘请为上海计算机用户协会、上海市软件行业协会、开源软件专业委员会（主任）、上海图形图像协会理事，分别于2002、2003、2005、2006发表了《上海市软件产业发展研究报告》（上海科技出版社出版），参与了软件开发规范，电子部培训中心电子软件开发规范制定，获得中国软件产业发展论文科技部三等奖，上海市科技进步贰等奖、三等奖、优秀论文奖等。
陈琦女士在上海市信息化委员会产业处工作时负责组织和推进上海的过程改进工作，2006年被聘请为上海市软件评测中心常务副总，以服务于政府带动软件企业过程改进工作为己任，积极组织上海基准数据库研究工作，参与软件功能点课程开发（列入国家653工程），成功举办了2005年、2006年、2007年“中国系统与软件过程改进年会上海分会”会议。
在陈琦女士的带动下，开展了上海基准数据库专项研究工作（国内第一个实施），联合行业、企业，共同维护、完善、推广基准数据库建设工作，使采集到的基准数据具有可比性。使上海市软件评测中心成为中国软件行业协会过程改进分会副理事长单位，并被上海市信息化委员会产业处推荐为CSPIN中国软件过程基准用户组地区对口单位。

曹静，女，软件工程硕士，高级工程师，现任天津市软件评测中心技术总监。从事计算机领域工作多年，具有多年软件开发、软件测试、软件项目管理等多方面工作经验。多次参加大型项目的研发与测试，有着丰富的开发与测试经验，在领域内有一定的影响。
多年来主要从事软件开发、软件测试、软件过程改进等方面工作。担任天津市多个重点科技攻关、重大科技支撑项目以及科技部创新基金项目的项目负责人，为天津市的科技平台建设做了大量的工作。在研的天津市科技攻关项目有3项。包括天津市软件测试公共服务平台、天津市信息系统安全测试服务平台等。作为项目负责人参与天津市软件测试地方标准的制定。现为中国软件测试机构联盟的技术专家、中国软件行业协会系统与软件过程改进分会的专家委员会委员。在软件工程与软件测试方面发表了许多文章。
2004年进入天津市评测中心以来，作为技术总监负责中心技术与业务工作，为中心技术水平的提高做出了卓越的贡献。并且获得多种资质：高级测试工程师、微软认证的项目经理、信息系统监理工程师等等。参与了天津市多个大型项目的测试和管理工作，包括天津市防洪决策支持系统、天津市电子口岸管理平台、天津港物流管理平台等。

Examples of her work include inside-and-outside evaluation section or development section of big major printer maker’s QA/Test Center about various models. etc.(Mainly printer driver/font evaluation).The request was about each model evaluation from project leader about a drawing test and training of testers.
Other of her work includes test method by the drawing function (Windows-GDI/Mac-QuickDraw) of OS including each drawing processing. Her method has been approved to be superior to much application software.
Ms. Sugiyama is the chairman of the TEF printer sectional meeting which was founded upon her proposal with the purpose of improving the quality of printer evaluation. and the development of the printer industry.
